Mac Lir Irish Seafood’s Irish Mussels in a creamy Irish Stout Sauce

This is a rope grown Irish Blue Shell Mussel, cooked with the award winning (The 2015 World Beer Awards) MiDAZA Irish Stout.


Product Description

This is a small batch Craft Stout made by the Rising Sons Brewery in Cork City. We add Honey IASC umami shellfish culinary butter which adds a rich texture to our sauce. This butter won the Prix d’Elite at the 2015 Global Seafood Expo in Brussels, it combines, wild Irish seaweed, mussel, oyster and Irish grass fed dairy butter to make this incredible addition to the sauce. This product is a heat from frozen meal and is ready to eat in 6 mins. It is sold as a 454g portion for 2 people for retail, but we can adjust the portion sizes for different markets and also sell in bulk as a Foodservice solution. The combination of the ingredients make for a truly unique Irish seafood meal. The product is produced in an IFS Approved factory in Ireland.

Private label and multilingual packaging options are available on this product subject to minimum order quantities and shelf life is 24 months from production when stored at -18c.
